Gay Judge, Prop 8, and Conflict of Interest

It turns out that the Judge presiding over the Prop 8 ruling in California, you know the who guy just repealed the proposition in California which was voted into ruling by a majority is a homosexual himself.  This is clearly an obvious and blatant conflict of interest.  There was a big outcry of conflict of interest, though be it short, over the Louisiana Judge who struck down the oil drilling moratorium because he owned and sold energy stocks.  I wonder if we will be hearing anything about this on the national media?
